Shipping & Logistics Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods or limited collection drops, processing times may extend to 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every garment meets our quality
standards.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following
options:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS/UPS.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
*Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to support the global Maverick community. International shipping rates vary by
territory and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Outside Forever is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs,
taxes, etc.).

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

Outside Forever is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact OUTSIDE FOREVER IG:@outs1de_forever. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting customer support.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
